It is an honor to be a part of the 2020 Kipaipai Fellows Exhibition at the Kahilu Theatre on the Big Island of Hawaii. In August of 2020 I attended a Kipaipai workshop lead by Andi Campognone and it was life changing. Kipaipai means to inspire and Andi brings together mid-career artists and mentors in the art world. We received one on one feedback from museum curators, art critics, art PR specialists and established artists. The fellows show was an opportunity for graduates of the program who live in Hawaii to produce a large work of art and share the stage with other accomplished artists.
